Our adult dance classes are perfect for anyone looking to express themselves through movement. There’s no age limit to the joy of dance. Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, our diverse range of classes offers something for everyone to help you connect with your body and discover a new passion.
The following classes are available for adult students:
Classical Ballet – our adult ballet class focuses on developing strength, flexibility, and technique through traditional and structured movements. With a strong emphasis on posture and alignment, our adult ballet class will help improve your body control, coordination and balance. We offer the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) Discovering Repertoire syllabus as part of our adult classical ballet training.
Chinese Dance – our adult Chinese dance class combines traditional techniques with graceful movements, emphasizing posture and balance. This style incorporates beautiful, flowing gestures and intricate footwork, offering a unique cultural experience. Benefits include improved flexibility, strength and coordination, as well as an increased appreciation for Chinese culture and artistic expression.
K-Pop – our adult K-pop class draws inspiration from popular K-pop choreography, blending high-energy movement, musicality and performance style. The class focuses on learning dynamic combos and expressive details while building confidence, coordination and stamina. It’s a fun, upbeat way to improve rhythm and enjoy the popular trends of K-pop.
Jazz – our adult jazz class is high-energy and fun, blending dynamic movements with elements of Broadway, modern and street styles. It focuses on rhythm, flexibility, and expression through bold movements and upbeat choreography. Ideal for building strength and confidence, this class will help you enhance your agility and groove.
Latin – our adult Latin dance class brings the passion and energy of Latin rhythms to life through styles like Salsa, Bachata and Cha-Cha. Focusing on fluid, dynamic movements and strong musicality, this class helps improve coordination, balance, and cardiovascular fitness all while introducing you to the infectious rhythms of Latin music.
